I like the fact that the Service department gives a review of the work completed. You also get notice that parts are still good, will need replacing, etc which allows you to prepare for future repairs. I also feel I get a fair price when my vehicle is serviced. I have recommended your dealership to many family & friends.

I knew I wanted good mileage but also safety and a comfortable drive for a long work commute. I couldn't decide on vehicle size as I was replacing a totalled Kia minivan (which is by far the best car I'd ever had, hence was at the Kia dealership) and loved the convenience of the space it offered but mileage really was more important this time around. Everyone was really nice and professional. They made sure everything was set up for us to pick up our car. The experience was seamless and took only an hour from start to finish compared to at least 3 hours whenever I’ve purchased a car in the past. My wife and I walked in, and were in need of two cars. Justin is the MAN! He got us two almost brand new cars, and got us on the road that evening. He even put a rush on detailing the interior of my wife's car. Overall, a fantastic experience. We will buy from Justin again!

Outten Kia is a great dealership. We purchased a 2014 KIA Forte brand new. We love the car and are extremely happy with the services they provide. They are very professional and thorough with their services. The staff is always polite and accommodating. They even provide a pick up and delivery service which is extremely helpful.
