Good experience from the time I walked in the door. All the staff was personable and not overwhelming or ignoring. I have had both experiences at other local dealerships. I felt they were approachable and willing to work with my needs and requests. They followed through with their end of things with integrity.

I've dealt with the Service Department at Outten Kia for a number of years now and that's for a reason. They know what they're doing, they get it right the first time, and they even take the time to remember your name, your vehicle make/model, and what items you're likely to want or need done on your vehicle. Truly a well-run shop!

Outstanding customer service. Brought recently purchased used vehicle in with check engine light on. They addressed all codes and went above and beyond in checking the vehicle overall. My experience at Outten was very good. Jack, who got me my car was very good and most importantly was definitely not pushing. He explained everything to us very clearly and was extremely helpful as were all the Outten employees we had contact with. This was my first contact with Kia and Outten and I would not hesitate to recommend them. So far I love my new Kia Sportage Hybrid.

Outten Kia service is definitely my preferred dealership to go for service. They are not the closest dealership to me, but worth the extra 15 minute ride. Matt, Kathy, Jake, Cosme, and the others are always so helpful and courteous. Mechanics always do a great job. Thank you.
